Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We have framed our return policies by keeping in mind the convenience of our dear customers to ensure that they are satisfied in every step of the entire process. Sometimes it can happen that you may have to return a product for replacing it or for refund. For this purpose, we have structured an easy method to help you with it.

Guidelines for returning a product

  • Never forget to email us if you find any problem with the product received on info@qualityfashion.in.
  • Make it sure to report problem within 24 hours of getting the product delivered to you. Try to be a little specific when describing your problem.
  • Consult us once before returning the product. This can make the returning process a bit easy for you.
  • You should return the item using the registered airmail or courier as already advised in our return authorization mail.
  • Please return the item in case of any problem within 48 hours of getting the confirmation from our end along with the original packing in the same condition. We are strictly prohibited from taking back any used, washed, or worn items. Kindly include a copy of the invoice delivered to you.
  • We will surely test and figure out the defect the product that has been returned by you so that we can take some steps to prevent such defects from reoccurring.
  • In case of returning the damaged product or if the returned product is not in the original condition then the customer will have to bear the cost of it.
  • Just as it is our responsibility to deliver your product safely to you, in the same way it is your duty to return it back safely and in the proper condition with the correct details.

Refund

Generally, after purchasing something, it is not refundable. But in some cases, such as any manufacturing defect, damage or wrong item, you can email us at info@qualityfashion.in along with your order number and the item details. Please make a note of the point that you will get the purchase amount refunded only if we are responsible for the reason behind returning it. We are not at all liable to accept the return and provide the refund to you otherwise. After we receive the item, we will begin our process of refunding the amount which will be received by you within 3 working days. The amount will be directly credited back to your bank account. Besides this, if the customer has paid twice for any product, we refund one payment to the same source within 15-20 working days.

Terms for replacing the products -

On receiving a faulty product you can either return it and get the refund or else you can choose to replace it.

Get in touch with us via our email ID - info@qualityfashion.in and mention your product details like the order number, the product number, and the reason of replacement. We will reply you with an acknowledgement within 2-3 working days. Generally, it takes a maximum of 7 working days for us to view the damaged or the returned product and to begin our replacement procedure. If for some reason we are not able to provide you the same product, we will definitely provide you the related options to choose from. The chosen item will be shipped with no extra charge. If you are unable to make your choice from the related options within 7 working days or receiving our email then we will begin our refund procedure. Please note that you are going to get back the exact purchase amount in your account.

Order cancellation

After the payment is done, we begin our delivery process. It hardly takes a couple of days to take the item to your doorstep. We ensure that the order is delivered to you safely within the promised timeline of delivering the product. If you want to cancel the order due to any reason, you may do so by calling us or mailing us within 2 days of placing the order. Before shipping the amount will be refunded to the same source within a time period of 7-10 days.

Availability of the products

We only display the available and the most exclusive products to the audiences. This is one of the reasons why our customers purchase more from our site. But sometimes it happens that we are unable to fulfill some of our customer’s needs due to the unavailability of the item at our warehouse the customers wants to purchase. This mostly happens when the product is sold out or presently out of stock. In these cases we always try to encourage our customers to make the selection from the next best choices. If they are not so much excited to buy the second best choice like the initial option then we give them the option to wait to get the notification from us whenever the first choice will be available again.

Color and the description disclaimer

We present exactly the same products in our website as they appear in reality in terms of color, style, size, and texture. We try our best to deliver the products safely without damaging them. The products with stone works are taken extra care while delivering as a little carelessness can smash up the entire beauty of the product and can be returned back by the customer. However, a minor or negligible difference may occur in the shade selected. The reason behind this is the reflection of different shades of color under different weather or climatic conditions when the photographs are taken.
